We begin our journey with you with a phone call appointment. After signing a contract and gaining access to the home, Estate Sales and Services begins the process of cleaning, sorting, organizing, and staging the items for sale. It takes 2-8 weeks for this part of the process to be complete depending on the volume of items and condition of the home. 

The next step is photographing and advertising the sale. We advertise on our website, Facebook, Estatesales.net, Estatesales.org, and send out an email to our mailing list of 2300+ followers. 

After advertising, we conduct the sale over a 3-day period. Friday, Saturday and Sunday. In the end we can clear out the remaining items or you can keep them. 

Within 2 weeks of the sale completion, accounting will be complete and a check will be in the mail. That was easy! You didn't have to lift a finger. 

Our Fees

We do not ask for any upfront fees. We are commission based. If you don't make any money, neither do we. Because of our experience, commitment to excellence and longer selling hours, we realize more profit than our competitors.
